I always tell em....nah ain't got a one of dem boom sticks cause they scary !

 

It's one of the new initiatives from the Medical Community to control our lives. Man health care networks have been routinely asking this and slipping it in the questionnaires they make you fill out when you go to an appointment.

I lie to them since even telling them sating "it's none of their business" will get noted as a yes. Actually I don't technically lie since they use the term "guns". Technically a gun has a smooth bore and all mine have rifled bores.

They haven't asked me in a bit since their attention has shifted to keeping pain meds away from people whoneed them and making sure several times each visit to ask if you are experiencing depression. My guess is that if you ever said yes to the gun question and then admitted later to feeling down a day or two each year that the nice policeman would knock on your door to round up your guns for "safe keeping".

 

Time to hit the skeet range.
