That man has just made himsef a target for white nationalist terrorism. All the alphabet letter agencies will have background checked him as a poseur, and would redeploy their resources to i nvestigating / surveilling actual credible threats, instead of providing protection for an obvious $h!t $tirring nonce.

The 'grey man' is likely to be on the receiving end of religious bigotry on a daily basis by MAGA hat wearers....(just as likely by Muslim 'grey men' wearing MAGA hats blending in as patriotic American citizens, as actual MAGA zombies).

He may also become a target for corrective discipline from some observant Muslims if found buying or consuming alcohol in his 'grey man' disguise.

All in all, pretending to be a Muslim women in a burqa doesn't seem to be much of a 'grey man' plan worth implementing.
