We had a guy do that at the range. Blew the top strap and top three cylinders right off. After the fact we found that he never checked the zero on his beam scale. The words "Never Exceed" aren't printed in the load data just to fill out the blank spaces on the page. I think there was a good chance alcohol was involved. Reloading and natural selection are second cousins. I stay away from that family reunion.
