Funny, but I can see some possible MAJOR problems for the people that are wearing them.

 

actually, the are never to be trained for both. they will train one dog for drugs, and one for explosives, and may run them separately or as a pair. but that dog has only one way to say "I found something!!" and you never want to reach into drugs, and find out it WAS a bomb .....

 

I see you are working on your typing skills (one forehead at a time) but last time I checked, dogs had trouble rolling joints. (no opposing thumbs)

 

He will probably be rolling in it after eating some, no thumbs needed.
