By this time next year Oregonians won't be able to buy more than 20 rounds of .22LR (or any other ammunition) in quantities greater than 20. And that's only once a month. However, the real gateway drug, Marijuana, is legal in all quantities. In addition, since last year small quantities of HEROIN, COCAINE, and METH have been decriminalized. How long before they are legally for sale in our dope shops, too?

Oregon is now a place where they frown on taking your child out plinking a .22, but endorses recreational drug use.

 

We have lots of fun with the unrelated twins at work. With most shooters being young, ,military, wearing glasses, ball caps and hearing protection I see lots of shooters who look familiar. It's bad enough when I say "welcome back" to somebody that's never been there before, but I've had shooters talking to someone and realize that the guy they're talking to isn't the buddy that they were shooting with. Side by side, they'd pass as twins.

Best story I have about these doubles was a fella that I mistaken thought had been there the day before. I told him he had a twin who had been there the day before... a doppelgänger. He looked at me and said "Was that the guy's name? Doppelgänger?
