Noise is a weapon, as is any other. The military has used it. the police has used it. the church has used it. Mobs have used it. It is a weapon. It has been used against me, by idiots just like this posturing fool, and I have permanent hearing loss because of it. Tested, proven, documented, and ever present. Jail him, that punishment DOES fit the crime.
Permanent hearing loss from a car stereo? Bull. JAIL for NOISE? No wonder your "Free" country has the highest prison population on the planet...(slave labor now too) Really? Slap yourself after you pull your head out of some authority figures butt. End of comments to you on this - trying to stay in the COC but you're........<redacted>
Not that it is any of your business, but I have a 10 db loss in my left ear and a 8 db loss in my right ear. tested and proven by professionals. You will note larger on my driver's side. It is consistent with standing infront of the speakers at a rock concert. It is only at range three (again consistent). I use professional grade hearing protection on the job, and do not listen to loud ANYTHING at home. Traffic, and these obnoxious fools are the only time my hearing is at risk. Yes, it is proven, beyond any reasonable doubt, by professionals. Jail him.
You were breaking the law, the cops asked you to do something reasonable, and you complied. exactly what this guy did not do.
I know this world ,, Been there myself many times , Even to the point of being a in-between from (Jack-boots to the Staff Srg on), and the KIDS !!! , NO GLASS on the beach , and the Beers are NOT ALLOWED or seen , DON'T Friig-UP and dye-driving !!!. point the music blaster out to sea, keep the beach like it's your's , As it is.. The KIDs were great & the so were the Cops after they had some gray rules & both had respect !!!!! Im Old & in the Way 60++ As with the thread of the dog posts.. You did notice the two cops did pull the in handcuffed owner away so he didn't see his dog die in terror & pain !!!! It's still discussing from lack of ~~~~~~~ Education on all sides .. Sloth
All I know, is that in Germany, you wouldn't have your dog killed because your music was too loud. Just saying. Now, I don't care about the "what", "why", or "how" to the matter in the United States, pertaining to this guy who was handcuffed and treated like a criminal and then watched helpless as his dog was gunned down. All I care about is why it always seems to happen in my country, in the supposed freedom loving land of liberty. The point I am trying to make is that we no longer live in a liberty-oriented nation. We are policed, we are given orders, and we either "comply" or get our faces stomped in by a boot. That's the bottom line as far as I see it. I very rarely, if ever saw police in Europe. I never had any problems. Yet, within 2 weeks of my return home, I was pulled over 3 times for "routine checks" and once, to my own fault, received a hefty speeding ticket because of the insane speed limit laws which zone one area 25 and alternate to 55 so much, it's hard to tell how fast you're supposed to drive.
Y'all keep focusing on the big mean cops who shot a criminal's dog who was loose and acting hostile while said criminal was being arrested... Meanwhile, ignore this crap: (HERNDON, VA 10 JULY 2013)--- On the evening of Tuesday, 09JUL13, at approximately 7:45 PM, a combination of US Parks Police (an arm of the DHS) raided Adam Kokesh's residence. Local Herndon police assisted in the armed invasion. The officers used a battering ram to knock in the door after two knocks, and did not announce that they had a warrant. Immediately after breaking down the door, a flash bang grenade was deployed in the foyer. Numerous police vehicles, including a light armored vehicle and two low-flying helicopters barricaded Adam's street. More than 20 armored SWAT team members surrounded the house, as well as a number of detectives, and plainclothes officers. Assault rifles were aimed on all members of the team as they were handcuffed without being told why they were detained. Masked and armored police in full “Storm Trooper” gear flooded in and ransacked the residence. The team was cordoned in a front room, while Adam was pulled aside for questioning. Over the course of the next five hours, the police searched every corner of the house with canine units and blueprints to the house obtained prior to the search. All officers refused to speak to the crew while they we being detained. They confiscated cell phones and personal items with force. Throughout the ordeal, the police repeatedly showed a volatile desire to initiate aggressive, forceful conduct with detainees. At one point, Adam politely requested to use the restroom and was kicked by the officer forcing him to sit handcuffed on the floor. After hours of determined attempts, the safe was forced open and all items inside were confiscated. Adam was arrested and his crew were told he was being brought to the Herndon Police department overnight. Well after midnight, police officers cleared the house. Fairfax County Adult Detention Center has stated that it has Adam in custody. Yeah...nothing to see here...back to the cops shooting the a-hole's dog instead of the a-hole...
Eyewitnesses Long segment with eyewitness in there somewhere. They might keep AK in jail till October...glad they didn't kill the dog. Bonus: Puppies!
'Fake cops' who pistol whipped and robbed two men at gas station turn out to be real police sergeants A Good Samaritan snapped photos of what appeared to be two men impersonating police officers involved in a pistol-whipping and robbery outside a Citgo gas station on Detroit's east side. DETROIT - A Good Samaritan snapped photos of what appeared to be two men impersonating police officers involved in a pistol-whipping and robbery outside a Citgo gas station on Detroit's east side on July 21. Once Fox 2 aired those photos, an even more disturbing picture developed. "Several unidentified police officers were working this particular robbery case, recognized one of the suspects in the photographs as being a member of the Detroit Police Department," Chief James Craig said Monday. Now under arrest are two police sergeants, a 47-year-old officer and 20-year veteran of the Detroit Police Department and his 42-year-old buddy from the police academy, who is a former DPD cop and 17-year veteran of the St. Clair Shores Police Department. The later recently received a distinguished service award. "In fact, they were police officers, just not working on-duty at the time," Craig said.
"In fact, they were police officers, just not working on-duty at the time,".... A douchebag off duty will be a douchebag on duty...
NYPD Shoot Two Bystanders New York city police shot two bystanders Saturday night in busy Times Square while trying to capture a mentally disturbed man. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said the 35-year-old man had “simulated shooting the officers,” causing police to chase him through the crowds. Three shots were fired, with one hitting a 54-year-old woman in her leg and the other hitting a 35-year-old woman in her buttocks. “Hundreds of people were just running,” said witness Arken Assam, who takes photographs on 42nd Street. Police finally subdued the man with a taser, and then took him to Bellevue Hospital. Both victims were taken to nearby hospitals, and one has already been released. When speaking of the violence in South Africa people just shrug and say TIA (this is Africa) as in what would yo expect from such a place. Perhaps considering New York's history of accidental shootings we should say TINY.
Yeah, this is another one that stinks. Bad shoot, falsified report, and changed stories after witnesses came forward. The metro areas of this great republic seem to be following along with all the other liberal bastions in the country. Only good news is at least they are surrounded and out gunned by us out here in the sticks.
