Here’s a weird one. So my groin pull (Or whatever) went from my left side then to my right. I thought I’d hurt the right stretching that region. My right shoulder started hurting a week or so later, not sure how I injured it just like down below. I’m talking to my brother on the phone and he says he’s been having weird pains, moving around. He says both thighs on the inside and then his shoulder. I might have mentioned briefly my initial pull but no way did I tell him any other particulars. That’s no coincidence, it’s either this Covid thing or WTF? Any thoughts?
I know a lot of people don't like them,, but find a good chiropractor. They're hard to find tho. I had one years ago that I would get fairly normal back and neck adjustments from ,,, he would have me lay on a table and make different movements, and he would assess what adjustment I needed. One day ,, somehow, he picked up on a little pain I was having in the top of my foot that morning. I knew then , that this guy knew a lot more than what I thought he did . Might be worth a shot . Good luck .
I find that this sometimes happens with injuries. The body will compensate for the injured side with additional stress on the other side. This will sometimes result in a symmetrical injury. For example, when my lower back is out the resulting sciatica will alternate from side to side decreasing in intensity until it's effectively gone. Then I get stupid, think I'm in my 20's and start it all over again. As @SB21 mentioned a good chiropractor is worth his or her weight in gold. If you have insurance coverage definitely take advantage. If not covered by insurance find an Osteopathic Doctor. They are chiropractors in addition to MD's and also have a philosophy of treating the root cause and not just the symptoms. Your first time through you will think you have been severely beaten and swear you will never go back, then a day or so later you will be glad you went.
Weird pains that appeared out of nowhere, times 2 now. I’m healed up now pretty much but I’ll call my bro today and make fun of him.
It creeped me out. Wtf are the odds of similar pains that were bizarre to begin with. I never pulled anything that I know of and neither did he. Weird times.
You and your brother should get together and write a book highlighting your associated like experiences....
