The rcbs pot metal die cast primer arm is back in stock at midway. For a while I could only get one for $50. It's a $15 part. I didn't need one that bad, I had my ancient Lee hand prime tools and rcbs ram prime.
For those of you that have a MEWE account, there is a group page called Primer Reloading. They have done their homework for various recipe compounds to reload primers and finding out what causes them to misfire. If you still use farcebook, give MEWE a try.
I think I'm going to use lacquer to set the mix. Lacquer is normally mono nitrocellulose. Where shellac is basically waxy stuff that burns as fuel. Low test nitrocellulose, such as lacquer acts as a binder, sensitizer and as kind of a booster.
