"I can skin a catfish and run a trot line, a country boy can survive"

In any SHTF, the authorities will have their hands full with the urbanites who have no clue how to get by without the "necessities" ie: electricity, running water, cable tv, latte's, etc.

Lights Out reduced my productivity at work and at home to near zero until it was done. Great read! I found this story way more interesting than the last few paperbacks I've read. Looking forward to reading the next work.

I couldn't find "Lost and Found" on AR15.com. Is there any way to post it here. like "Lights Out"?

At one time I was reading it without having to download it, either I forgot how to do it or they changed the way to be able to read it, I don't like to download anything.

    Help if you can.........thanks

I just reread this after reading One Second After. I still think HF should publish this.

I've been hoping for Lights Out in hard copy form for years now. (Too many pages for me to print out)
I have read the story at least twice already. It's adictive!

Many thanks for the a magnetically great read. I couldn't stop once I found it. Writing any composition is a lonely, time consuming job that can only be explained as being a labor of love often inspired by something beyond our conscious selves. I can only say HalfFast had to have been driven by a need to express a "possible future history" view by putting it in story form. Publish it; send it to a movie guy like John Milius, but 'bro you need to make some coin from this work.[applaud]

I have made a deal with a Hollywood producer to shop Lights Out around to some studios. He thinks we have a great shot at getting one of them to take on the project. We are also working on a book deal.

That means that I need to ask you to remove LO from your site. There is no way that I can ever repay you for the support you have given the story. Of course you will get an acknowledgement in the book and I will send you a signed copy.

    Thanks again for everything.

Thanks so much guys. The movie deal is still a real long shot, but at least someone is interested in helping me get it sold. I am doing a final edit on the book and making some substantial changes to improve it. I'll keep you all updated with how things are going. I really appreciate all the support over the years. You guys are the best!
