I'm concerned...

Do Zombies go instantly stupid? You always see them walking around with their hands streched out, looking for some brains to eat but you never see them use any tools; a chimpanzee uses tools. Why can't they drive a car or shoot a gun? What if the zombies raided the local armory and drove off in a tank? I think if we rely on the hollywood definition of zombies, then someone will have vastly under-estimated the enemy.

 

I have some good sized pines to cut down tomorrow, I was thinking about dragging them to the back of the property to make a playhouse/fort for the kids (me included). We watched "Extreme Makeover" a couple of weeks back and they used some down trees from a tornado to build a fort for the kids. I might need to work on some plans.

This sure was a fun thread, and the most hijacked in SM history.

 

Not being a zombie movie fan this thread has me truly baffled...

"C" there is no interview process to be a pirate( you just end up being searched and handcuffed by Blackjacks' female classmate), I think modern day pirates ( bad teeth and syphallis...) or their progeny still showup around malaysia from time to time....You want to drink rum and be "wenchy": what's to stop you ?? Johnny Depp I can't help you with.

 

Tango3, ya piracy is still very alive. but it's more like organized crime it's bad around the horn of africa, south east asia, and the middle east... normally its a hand full of bad guys in a fast boat with RPG's and AK's. but these water born ganisters have been known to sneak on board when your in port and jump the crew at night. it's not hard most civvy ships only have 15-35 crew members unlike navy ships 150-5,000 depending on what vessel. but pirates will rob the crew of there wallets like it was a stage coach "stick up", they have kidnapped ships masters and held them for ransom($200,000 or more), they have tried stealing ships safes, there are even rumors that big cruse lines pay 3rd world gov.s, militaries and the gangs them self to say clear and even that hasn't work in a few rare times cruse ships have been attacked. it's good money for a 3rd world fisherman who at during the dawn and evening earns his living by well...fishing then when the night comes they will pray on low riding supply vessels other fishing vessels. along with "pirate" activities they run guns, drugs, slaves, and other black market items... sorry to ramble but this is one of the things we are trained to handle

After watching Fox news and thr Brady bunch on the school masacre, I had to come back to this thread to vew some reality. Zombie pirate forts and flamethrowers seem much more rational than the real world.

Please let me keep my tin foil hat, I don't want to face reality anymore!
