No Muslim apologist here....Islam theology is just as absurd as Judaic and Christian theology....I have no issue with folks having absurd religious beliefs...it's when they act upon them to the detriment of others that I become concerned. Mumble to the ceiling, the wall, the floor, or bark at the moon....it's pretty much all the same.
