I'm thinking late december would be a great time. snow across the northern tier, no food, no heat, no money. Yep, I'm thinking tough love or a intervention for those dependent on the government.

No one state can pull that off.It will take a block of states across demographic lines to do it.One demographic(say the south) would just be turned on by the others.
