First Amendment I am asking for your help - Common Core

The poll ended. At last look the final percentage was 94-96% anti common core. Thanks to all who voted and commented. We were heard even though the total number who voted in the poll were lower than I was hoping for. I believe we disturbed John Ayres, the owner and editor of the newspaper. He added the following disclaimer to the next issue where the poll link previously was; Comments expressed on the poll page do not reflect the views of the Gilchrist County Journal. Todays Washington Post reported on a similar poll and it indicated Teachers are split 50/50 on the issue and the general public is 87% against common core.
