Health Benefits of Honey

@Bear suggested raw buckwheat honey in one of my other threads. I looked it up and raw buckwheat honey is so much better for you then clover honey or processed. I have been putting it in my coffee. I want to make @Ganado's elixir recipe with the buckwheat honey, I think it would have better results.

I got six assorted jars from a happy customer, who keeps bees. Each hive was used with a different crop, and one of the six was buckwheat. It was much darker in appearance, and reminded me of molasses.
My sister liked it.
