To all of my American friends across the big pond... I wish you well with your celebrations of the founding of your nation as a sovereign state. The Stars and Stripes is a signal example of patriotic symbolism....though I have to say that the clown represented in the meme is, presently in front of the bars...instead of behind them....time will tell I suppose.

 

I can't see what Trump has done to be behind bars,,, but if he needs to be behind bars,,,,,then you can definitely say our previous imposter of POTUS , deserves far worse,,,,don't you think ???

 

The neighborhood across my street usually has a pretty fair little display. They didn't do much last year, but last night they made up for it! They paid some money and got the good mortars. Had them firing off for a good two hours, spacing them out.
These kind of fireworks are illegal for regular folks here in Florida, but the cops don't usually care as long as no injuries or damage result.
