DOGE is doing a great job. Cutting the waste and chaff of a government gone totally off the rails. (y)

Why would Donald Trump, Elon Musk and DOGE want to know if federal workers are working?

So now,, my question is , who owns the buildings ? Are any politicians owners , or part owners of the buildings ? Or is any of the rent payments funneled back to the politicians?
And who the hell authorized 27 million a month for rental on a building that only 409 people are working in ??
This is why these politicians are raping us,, so they can piss away millions ,, that "WE " have to pay for .

Agreed, it's not just where the money is going. But finding out how all the politicians are hooked into these things.
You know much of the crap that USAID was funneling money to the politicians had their grubby hands in the till. "I'll help this project get approved for part of the money you earn" type crap, though they probably wouldn't have it so clear. Money would be funneled through various shell companies.
I don't think they are "pissing away" the money, it's lining their pockets, bank accounts and paying off people to keep quiet about what's really happening.

most people don't realize that many - a majority - of the GOV building were specifically built & leased by a developer that does that kind of work - not just the FED - most states also

your local USPS postal building - alllllllll those fricking buildings in the small towns across the Country - RENTED !!! - just one example of one FED agency's inefficiencies >>> it needs to be re-organized in the overall view of a communication avenue that has drastically changed over a couple of decades .....

You can well bet that SOMEBODY is making bank off these multimillion dollar "rentals"! Hopefully DOGE will seriously blunt this waste, even if it cannot all be slashed. Seems like one of those buildings could house several of the groups using them.

I saw the official Presidential photo on the quarterdeck at the Naval Hospital yesterday and thought they'd used the mugshot picture. Similar, but not the same.
    A great choice.
