RCBS Rock Chucker is legendary, bought mine used for next to nothing. Almost anything will do in a pinch if you know what you're doing. Lee makes some very good starter kits for the money. I love RCBS dies, and a few Lee components are irreplaceable to me, like the Lee hand primer tool and brass case trimmer tool and dies. I simply will not use the old school trimmers when Lee makes a superior hand crank tool. One thing I will always use is a quality digital scale, not one made by any major reloading company -a generic (but well made) scale. I keep a classic scale just in case of grid down situations, but really, the digital scales will last for many years without battery replacement. Also, when reloading necked rifle cases, a headspace gauge is absolutely a must. Might want to get a few spare decapping pin kits for each caliber, and maybe a stuck case removal kit. The best lube for rifle cases I've used is Hornady's One Shot spray, worth trying and it far outperforms the old case lube.
