Flouride Toothpaste---Nah!

I had my first tooth extracted this summer. About a year ago, I was eating some nuts and bit down on something hard...I heard the tooth pop! Didn't hurt so I didn't go to the dentist then, but this spring I noticed that just a thin sliver remained and made an appointment...it had been 20 years! The dentist had to cut it out! Didn't hurt and I never even got the prescription for the pain meds filled! I have never had a cavity and I have used Ivory soap and baking soda for the last 20 years.
