Here in Alaska, There is A Probable Cause Statute that CPS MUST Satisfy, to even come into your home... and they are REQUIRED TO Swear to the Afidavite, before a Judge, to get the Warrant..... and then a State Trooper makes any legal disposition, after the investigation, NOT the CPS Worker...
Well I am very aware of that my friend. Which is why you interview the school, ie teachers, principals, and read the curriculum and read some of the relevant text books. Which is why the wife and I got up to speed on homeschooling. I could give a rat's, behind about what the state wants. You very simply withdraw your kids and take the responsibility to educate them properly.
