Black plastic deteriorates. There must be something better, but off hand I don't know what would work. Possibly neoprene sheets like are used for waterproofing tanks, but that stuff wants a smooth surface to stick on.

CONEX boxes don't have the design strength to serve as an inside form for pouring concrete around & over - believe it or not the answer is school buses - they are built to the collision and roll over standards that can exceed the requirements ...

The plastic is buried, so with no sun it lasts like forever.

 

AHAHAHAAAAA......There are fools that watch YouTube that will think this is actually possible and not give any consideration as to what happens when the house part collapses on the idiot, or how to deal with rain water filling the whole fool thing up to ground level.

 

Just think on how long plastic lasts buried in a landfill.
