Drying Food - No Electricity ?

    I built a green house this spring. A couple of weeks ago I dried some comfrey leaves by setting them on a screen and putting them in the green house up on the rafters. In two days you could easily crumble the dry leaves in your hand. A thermometer said it was 90 for the high during the day. Leave it vented out so there won't be a conflict with humidity and your in business.
