3 years old and still a puppy!

So much for guard dog!

 

My big guy in my Avatar, 4 years old and absolutely full of it, my constant shadow, I cannot even go to the bathroom with out him following me. 185 pounds worth of Love and Floof!

 

I am heart broken my friend, my companion my 8 year old golden retriever has been diagnosed with lymphoma. I can't imagine my life without her. She gives so much and asks for so little ---cancer sucks

 

Our dog passed about four months ago and then a month later our cat passed. So we didn't feel right and the house didn't feel right either, so I checked craigslist and found Mack, sixteen pounds of snarly gristle. Haley was 80 lbs. and right now a small dog works better for us at our age.
He's four and sweet and thankfully he's not a yapper. He's a Chiweenie, more dachsund than chihuahua.

Damn, lost another Grand-dog this last week. Makes 2 in the last 6 months.

Astrid, a rescue mut - DIL has had him for several years, took sick.

Vet said Pancreatic cancer. Even with radical surgery, 0% chance of long-term survival.

The kids put him down, and him cremated. Had necklaces made with the ashes for our 3 YO who is having trouble understanding why Astrid is not coming home.

At my age, this shit is just getting harder and harder.

 

Now I know Farrah Fawcet lived good and came back as a happy dog on my farm.

Such a pretty girl.
