Proof is written on the Side of Every Cop Car you will see. Accredited since.....................what ever date! Where does that come from? Gov!!! All are in it, because that's how all the depts get funding for much of the costs of Law Enforcement! And lets not forget the policing for profit including the Dept of Justice who also get a big chunk for providing service!!!

 

Some things about the National Guard and other fed Military agencies. The National Guard is run Locally with in each State under an assigned Adjutant General ( or in some cases depending on the State, An Admiral, Or A Commandant I.E. Coast Guard, U.S.M.C.) That General answers to the Joint Chiefs same as any other General Officer, However, that general is under the Local command authority of BOTH a Local Sheriff, AND that State's Gov'ner! So, in order to call upon the National Guard, A Sheriff has to make a formal request to the State Gov'ner for this ( or vise a versa), and the State Gov'ner then issues directives to the Adjutant General for what ever the need's are. One thing unique about this arrangement, the POTUS has NO power to activate the National Guard, Nor can he recall them! Also, it requires a vote of Congress to activate the reserves as well as Regular Military forces Despite even the recent Usurpatation Obummer just tried to pull, He cannot by pass Congress on this matter no matter how many Ex. Orders he tries to slip through! Finally, The National Guard, State Militias, Reserve ( if activated by Congress) and any other Fed Military personal, all fall under the Command of the Sheriff who makes the request, then the State Gov'ner before any others, no matter who they are or how far up the flag poll they are! So...........No POTUS can activate or issue orders to ANY U.S. Military personal, including the Nat.Guard, and Reserves, That must come from Congress, and A formal Declaration of WAR must be passed before the full weight of that power can be unleashed. The POTUS cannot issue any stand alone orders, they MUST pass through the Joint Chiefs and on to Congress!!!
SO................For all of you who Fear the U.S. Military in all of it's forms, This should ease your fears, POTUS has NO power to activate the Military for ANY reason with out the full vote and support of Congress!!!

 

I think most guard and reservists wouldn't go against their communities. Some would yes but I don't think it would be a majority.
