mid-week and mid-February >>> been unusually cold just like every other area of the US >>> been getting snow like no winter in recent history - have 20"+ snowpack - record goes back to 1979 - we have a more normal snow & melt rotation ....

started yesterday with the temp raise - going up to a steady 30sF next week and 20sF overnite >>> should be seeing the occasional 40+ temp days by now - approx 10 degree rise every 15 days toward spring ....

It’s cold enough that my guineas have stayed over 48 hrs in their trees. They came down about 1:00 p yesterday and went back up about2:30 pm yesterday. They have not came down so far today. They are one tough bird.
