    Holy Moley
    Last night it was +43F with wind of 35 MPG and gusts over 50 out here by the airbase.. Parts of town hit with 112 MPH gusts.

    The Old Farmers Almanac predicted a "warmer" winter for us, I had no idea....

    Christmas day 2019 and I slept for two hours in the December sun up on the sun deck. Local weather says it was 64. Felt about ten degrees warmer at the beach.
