Engineered sand, made from classified crushed rock makes concrete 3x stronger than using cheap weathered pleb sand.

 

The most common fiber rebar from Lowes, Smooth pink fiber glass rebar not as crack resistance as steel rebar.

But it's still a million times more corrosion resistant than steel. Plan accordingly or special order the frp that looks like rope and get reeeebar that will never rust and is 3 times more crack resist that steel.
