I propose a new law. All political figures , in office or applying for the job, must wear a recording device, that they can not alter or turn off for any reason. Automatic downloads every 24 hours. All transcripts open for public perusal at all times.
All downloads for US Citizens only, legal ID's required and logged. ( no funny business).
They are our servants, it is about time they understood that.

When the laws become oppressive people find ways around them, even ignore them. So it is in Colorado. The fact that hickey took money from Bloomberg doesn't help his case at all.

 

never ignore a Law. As long as it IS a Law, it can bite you, be held against you, or added to a list of other charges.
A) work to repeal a bad Law.
B) ignore a bad Law, and be willing to suffer the price of that disobedience.
C) challenge the Law in court.
D) there is no D.
