Building my first solar system

the biggest problem with the socalled Calfornia Approved list of panels is that one month there in and the second month there out of the list .i live in Los Angles right now and it stangest thing when it comes to dealing with the local power company on what is good and what is not good in there socalled list of the things that they approved for there grid tied system and off grid use out here

plus they do fight tooth and nail with you over a off grid system instead of beening tried into the system as one of our friends found out here down in the San Daigo area
