Buckshot/Slug mix for Home Defense

I will be civil....until someone says I would wilfully harm my kids. Then civillity is lost as is my temper.

 

Defense Slugs To Check Out

For you slug shooters out there just wanted to let you know there are some great slugs out there for personal defense. These slugs are 1-1/8 oz. (492 gr.) and designed to split into 3 equal size pieces after initial penetration, with a max. circular penetration of 18" of the 3 pieces. On their site they say that is is equal to 3 160 gr. 3006 rounds, but at the slugs velocity it would be 3 pistol rounds. I tried these out on a 5 gal propane tank and was very impressed. Entrance hole was silver dollar size and there was 3 exit holes in a 7" circle.
