When they're good they're great. When they're not, they're disgusting. I ate some canned once that were canned in BBQ sauce. I've had walks of shame that didn't leave me feeling that dirty.
Never have heard of a canned boil peanut that tasted great, some okay. If a person knows what they are doing, home boiled peanuts are good eats. DW, I'm glad I never tried the BBQ peanuts, man that is bad.
Not as good. I grew up in Salisbury so Cheerwine was even put in baby bottles, but the salty peanuts go way better with a Coke or even better a Pepsi, just the right mix of sweet and salty. Cheerwine is better for drizzling over a bowl of vanilla ice cream, makes a cherry froth that is delicious!
