Thanks. It was good. Lettuce, cukes, olives, carrots, sea asparagus, avocado, salami...all I can think of off the top of my head. Didn't put Okinawan sweet potato. Forgot. No dressing needed. After, my daughter cut me some Brie cheese. Great finisher. Oh and sun dried tomatoes.
Steel cut oats, quinoa, bananas and sunflower seeds with cinnamon, honey and coconut oil. A pretty healthy breakfast before tai chi.
In between my tai chi classes, a Hawaiian Kumu (teacher) who teaches his classes in the space we share came up to greet me. While I understand the ancient Hawaiian greeting of touching heads to share ha (breath), it is not something I practice. So I head butted him...twice. Feel so bad. He is such a nice man. But that's usually what happens when a guy puts his face in my face.
In between classes today, I had pho and spring rolls. Didn't take a picture. Was too busy yakking and eating. But got pics of the after meal. Hamburger steak with gravy all over. And a chili burrito.
Monkeys with Popo so got breakfast date with the wifee. Everyone has breakfast dessert, right? We "shared."
I was stationed up at Schofield for about 4 years... and all those pics you have posted make me yearn to go back to HI!!
Boy, was it hot today. Here's one tai chi class today. Followed by the qigong and sword class, sweating it out. Then had lunch with @Bear. He didn't want me to take a picture of him slurping his pho. I had the bun, since after about two hours of tai chi and qigong in hot weather, I was dropping sweat from everywhere, and wanted something cool. You're welcome for the visual.
