    Oh no you wont, oh yes you did. Should have known you would do this after we talked about it. Glad you did the test because there is no way I would do that with mine. Good to know they can take that kind of abuse.

    LOL @Mountainman ... yup... I really want my tools to be "using" tools as we discussed... use and abuse, knowing that they can take it... and even if it's "pretty" when you get it... a scarred and worn tool is a sign of a well loved and useful tool ;) besides ... you can always send it back for a "spa" treatement... like @Hanzo ... but for one meeeeeelllllliiiiiiooooooonnnnnnn doooooooooolllllllllllaaaaaaarrrrrrsssssss ;) or just sand that puppy down... knowing that underneath it all is some pretty nice wood or tough micarta....

    Here the damage to the black micarta handle... pretty minimal as @Hanzo commented when we were doing it... micarta is tough... I roughed this handle up for a better grip when wet or slimey ;)

    What a long day!

    8-9 long distance calls
    9-10 teach tai chi
    10-10:30 teach sword
    10:45-12:30 eat sushi with @Bear
    12:30-1 torture Sammie
    1-3 teach qigong, tai chi and sword
    3-3:30 check messages
    3:30-3::45 go home
    4:15-6:15 coach soccer practice
    6:30-7:00 get pizza for monkeys

    Even little monkey was wiped out. After practice, she went down with the sun.

    Now, she's waiting for me to get clean and give her a rub down since she is tired and sore. Sheesh! I'm tired and sore too... Would invoke the sympathy massage from Mrs. Hanzo, but she fell on her run and is all scraped up. Maybe I'll just bust out my marital arts on her after the monkeys go to bed. That should fix her right up. [emoji15]

    Day was great though and beautiful. Sunny but cool. Clear.
