Be Less White Training on a Corporate Level

We were recently acquired by a woke company. Training and group sessions ensued so we understand all races, sexes, whatever.
I ace all the quizzes and impromptu queries.

i will always live by the mantra, I don't give a shit about your color, race, nationality, orientation. But if you are an asshole, you're an asshole.

I won't be sorry for being born this way.

 

We had to complete training at work on discrimination too. Basically it was all the things my Mother taught me as a child, Don't stare! Don't point! Don't talk about people! To which I would add, Don't talk/joke about sex, race, religion, politics, etc.! The only save subjects are sports and the weather! It's best to not socialize with the people you work with...no matter how nice they might seem.

 

Sports can be a touchy subject --I'd stay away from that as well. Weather maybe OK unless that is deemed a white racist concept.
