    This poor little rat is still dying of cancer, but I've managed to hold it off and give it at least another decade of life.

    I just had my son read this post, actually he had to read it twice. That is a beast. Sapper I think you just won the vehicle with most miles. I have seen cars with 300,000 but 500+ and only one engine re-build. (y) You certainly got your moneys worth.

    One day a 350 is going to live here, but right now I'm gonna run this old 258 into the ground. When I got it, I could barely get it above 50mph without it feeling like it was gonna fall apart. After nine years I've managed to get it to ride smoothly again and accelerate up to around 75mph with 33's. Believe it or not that's a vast improvement!
