Re: AK Picture Thread I have a Polish underfolder kit that I want to have a gunsmith build for me. But I am having no luck finding one who can or will do it. I just talked to a guy from GunBroker advertising AK builds and he said he won't touch a folding stock. Anybody know someone I might get to build this thing? BTW, I don't have a reciever for it. They would have to order one or I can and send it with the kit.
Re: AK Picture Thread Or that boy at the build who screwed one together in a day. That was nice and why I originally bought those 2 kits.
Re: AK Picture Thread I thought about magnus but he hasn't been around much since he got hitched. Figured he had other things on his mind now. If you know someone E give me a call.
Re: AK Picture Thread min, you really cant beat the sense of accomplishment when you personally build one right. all you need is the receiver for it
Re: AK Picture Thread My Yugo underfolder receiver will be here tomorrow and I am taking it to the Tulsa show on the 20th to have a guy build the kit for me. MM I can let you know how that goes, he does underfolders.
Re: AK Picture Thread Minuteman, I had to buy my receiver from NoDakSpud for $80, you will have to buy it because it takes a yellow form, or whatever the hell they call the new form. I can send you the name of the guy that is doing mine if you want, it will take about 10 weeks, but I am having it completely re-blued. Will cost about $300 because of the extra work I am doing to it. He lives in Oklahoma, he actually mills his own receivers and is licenced to make full auto if you have the money and paperwork. PM me if you want this guy's name.
Re: AK Picture Thread I am kinda proud Will at Redjacket in Louisiana did the work for me. I haven't been to the range yet because of my school schedule, but I hope to Sunday.
Re: AK Picture Thread Yes indeed, Will does do very nice work. Wish I had one or two of his Zombie Killers in my collection. Nice Magnus!!!
Re: AK Picture Thread At the gun show yesterday, 7.62X39.5 crates of 2160 rounds was going for $139 and tax. Plenty of it out there, and still cheap.
Re: AK Picture Thread Wow, that is cheaper than I have seen it in a long time. Last time I priced it was $150 per K.
Re: AK Picture Thread Here's a pic of my M70 along with my crossbow, she just likes to be in pictures. The M70 is new but now I'm hooked on AK's.
