add a simple pencil sharpener to your fire kit

I have a friend and a cousin, who each need EpiPens, and stupidly, they are restricted. So they can not leave a couple in the car, for the house, for the cabin, on the boat, ect, they must never go anywhere without them in hand. This might save one of their lives. Though I do wonder why he didn't just carve off the white restricter ring at the red arrow. Has anyone had to do this before? Here on the Monkey?
