For the next three years Putin and China get everything they want. It's Christmas all day every day for them. Land, policies, concessions; anything and everything. Worst case scenario is they have to but a couple dozen Hunter Biden "masterpieces"

Ukraine is up to NATO, none of it's members including the US fully trust the US after Afghanistan.

The Senate flips and McConnell is in power so no new Justice unless it's bipartisan (like it should be), and until then the USSC is chock full of originalists who interpret the law as written.

Note that the so-called "right" justices are in reality originalists and not activist judges like the self titled "wise latina" Sotomayer and Kagen who prefer to skip the step of the legislature changing the USC and simply change it by their own edict according to their own views.
