I'm the second oldest in the shop at 63. There's a near twenty year gap between me and the next oldest, and then another ten year gap after him. I'm helping kids with recalls that I was doing before they were born. I have one young tech that takes a mild interest in what I do. In twenty years he might know half my tricks, but I learn a new one every day. Now, when I go on vacation, or I'm out for weeks after a surgery they just save the work up for me. They need to start looking at what happens when I retire.

It's the same thing for me. With all the unqualified DEI applicants they throw at me at UT university, I don't give a shit about what happens when I retire. 6 years......

Things like this make me wish for a zombie apocalypse.

Text-speak and hashtags get you into the ignore list.
As will tagging my name.
Stop ILLITERACY - if your spelling and grammar skills are weak, proofread!
I have learned on these online forums, that nobody proofreads anymore. Truly a lost art.
Throwing a comma after every three or four words is not correct. Makes your post hard to read.
Then and Than - NOT INTERCHANGEABLE! They have different meanings.

I still have a set in the original box even. The plastic in the scoring rings got old, bridle and those fell apart but the jarts are still ok.
