I had been asking my self this for some time, WHO is running the big shot, especially as we all know Ol Joe isn't mentally fit to run a popsicle stand let alone an entire country with all it's complexities! Who is LITERALLY running the country now? Biden isn't even a figurehead anymore. Between his mental state and him being MIA since backing out of the campaign it is obvious to even the most casual observer he is not giving an input on how our country is being run.
