Don't remember the last time I ate any Cambells products, I have been promoting to the neighbor lady's that a green bean casserole with a layer of fresh oysters baked in the middle was good stuff? so far no takers?

 

Never had that combination there Gator ,, but I like both of them dishes ,, I'd sure give it a try if I was out your way ,,,

 

Had that dish with a down the bayou people years ago, so far I've only found 1 other person that's had that combination. One day?

 

I worked with some Cajuns back in the late 80s,, we were finishing up a job,, and they threw little party ,, they had a guy in Louisiana send up 100 lbs of crawdads ,, they flew up a hundred pounds of them ,, we had a big crawdad boil party,, good times.

 

I bet Lobster meat would be nice in a casserole?
