So, are these "Health Officers" sworn law enforcement, or unelected state minions granted authority to act within the color of law, kind of like Fauxie, or the OryGun Health Authority, allowed to make policy and enable enforcement with out being a sworn law enforcement officer/deputy? The laws themselves don't matter to them anyway. Just read an article where the Oregon Attorney General has declared that one of the Republican candidates for Governor is ineligible to run. The basis is that even though he was born here and owns land here, he works and lives in New York. At the same time we have US Senator Ron Wyden who lives with his wife and daughters in New York and works in Washington DC and is only seen here for election season photo ops. If one is ineligible then they both are, but in a corrupt state, laws and codes are interpreted for political gain. Just a few years ago the Governor made an EO to require the Oregon State Police to violate the Oregon Constitution by keeping a firearms registration database. The Oregon Attorney General - crickets. Just an example and it's no different here than in Washington.
