HAHAHAHA, Dosn't take a Rocket Surgeon to recognize that fruits and veggies don't provide any of the core nutrients a human body needs on the daily, such things as proteins, collagens, fats, sugars, vitamins, and minerals, and all the other things you just cannot get any other place! Forget supplements, half that crap is worse then NOT having any at all. Dumbasses!
Fruits are good, the design of plants and trees literally expect creatures of this planet to consume many of them to pass them out through digestion and ultimately grow new ones in the circle of life. I guess it's a matter of balance, not eating too much fruit that is key. For a person who has insulin resistance and a crap diet of sugar and processed food, adding fruit may not be ideal. Some plant foods like microgreens aren't in the same category as a full grown plant, either. The nutrient dense baby form of many plants can be beneficial. The fully grown plants, however...seem to not like being eaten at all. And let's not forget about fermented plant food like sauerkraut and the like, which can be very healthy.
The human brain advanced in evolution due to a change in diet from nuts and berries to meat providing essential amino acids the brain requires. This explains why vegans are retarded and believe we will all die from global warming
