They're quite pleased with themselves and secure in the knowledge that no one will do anything about it. It's why I roll my eyes at people who chest pound about voting anyone out. Mebbe you'll vote out some insignificant players but the movers and shakers are here to stay, barring an assisted fall down a steep flight of stairs. Cheaters never quit, they just get better at it.
