My favorite tropical fruit is the golden apple or June Plum, found in the lower Caribbean and parts of South America. I found them in Trinidad and got hooked. I miss wandering the street vendors eating green plums with salt, water melon, golden apples, bake and shark, fish broff with figs, maybe I should go back there to live out the rest of my life.
