One amendment would require anyone who now has a list of the more than 6,000 people who hold a concealed weapons permit to destroy the list. Also, an amendment was added that would make public the names of concealed weapons permit holders who have had their privileges revoked and reason for revocation. Right now, who holds a concealed weapon is public information.
