I was just thinking about the shelves in the pantry, and wondered why there were a couple small cans of condensed milk. Took a minute to remember, but I got them just in case I need to post a lost dog sign or political poster on a telephone pole or wall. Condensed milk, brushed onto paper like wallpaper paste will stick to just about anything once it's dry. Paint the front of the poster and let it soak through the paper and it'll take a sand blaster to get it off. Little tidbits I pick up from hanging out with old folks who have led interesting lives. Now THAT'S the kind of technology I can see some uses for. So, would it stick to windshields, and maybe the paint on a car? Just askin'. No special reason. Honest.
if you place cartoons on a wet car and let them dry you will have the devil of a time removing them... don't ask how I know....
