Military Strikes… Are You Syria-s?by Sean Conroy, 9/10/2013 President Barack Obama argues that America should strike the Syrian regime because they used chemical weapons against members of the rebel force, killing civilians – including children – in the process. But now, amid crumbling credibility, mounting hypocrisy and a war-weary public, he should have little chance of hitting home with his calls for military action. Just consider the President’s words during a speech in January, 2007: "In the end, no amount of American forces can solve the political differences that lie at the heart of somebody else's civil war." BARACK OBAMA, speech, Jan. 19, 2007
Have to plead guilty--at least where ghetto community organizers who are leading our country into WW III is concerned.
But we can sure f$&% 'em up! - Would be the next line in his speech if he'd actually written it. Oh wait, that would only be in a speech after he was re-elected re-appointed and he no long had to pretend to give an iota of crap what the people think. Anything he said prior to his 2008 appointment has been shown to be nothing but a lie.
Those weren't really words, those were "political words" , they're more like "the thought for the day" words.
