Yep, heard a "joke" that a minister asked the chief of police if he could hold church services, chief looked at rules and said no, minister asked what if we called it a social event, chief said no, still limited to 8 people, minister said what if we hold a business meeting and talk about budget, chief said still no. Minister started to leave and the chief kept reading, said I found a loophole that will let you hold services, if you hold them in the parking lot and at the end of the service, burn down the church, you will be legal. Not real clear how road was blocked off, speed limit is I guess at least 60 mph, doesn't leave you a lot of time to notice some warning signs and get stopped. Driver was black, police are investigating if it was targeted or if he was just driving tired, protesters are convinced he was targeting them and that they have very right to be blocking the freeway for at least some periods for 19 days in a row.
