I hang things. A lot of things. I don’t like to limit my floor space in my garage. Would work nicely in a cabin or ? as well. The example I’ll use is my many hammers. First I drive a lag bolt. I’ll then hang the least used tool with a piece of mule tape. Bowline on top, clove hitch on the tool handle. The next hammer gets a slightly longer version so they lay on the wall better. Keep repeating the process. Recovering a trapped tool is easy. Take the weight off it and your clove hitch practically unties itself. The technique for rehanging it with the trapped line may need further explanation.
Instead of me explaining how to re-hang a tool with a trapped rope, just get another piece for Pete’s sake! Geez!!!!
I’ll have to make sure nothing embarassing gets into the picture first. There’s the Farrah Fawcett poster, the disco ball, Tree Guy article..........
Ok. I’ll post an example due to popular demand. Come to think of it all these hammers were free as well. That’s a different thread.
