On my way to my dinner meeting last night (yes, it was sushi), I stopped to pick up my mail. And got a surprise from @Bishop. A most gorgeous sling shot in a pouch with other goodies. Mahalo Joe!! On my drive, I kept hoping I would get to my destination before the sun set so that I could frame the sunset in the fork with the ocean in the background. The artwork is exquisite as is the workmanship of the slingshot. The hammerhead shark and fish hook would be appropriately seen with the ocean. But alas, the sun set before I could get there. So I took a couple of night time indoor shots after I got home. Will take some in sunlight later. Thanks again Joe. Tried out the slingshot for the first time today. Used semi-frangible yard ammunition. Consistently low though. Just my aim. But both went into the same hole. And they went through the grass first to get to the can. Draw and shoot was a miss. The beautiful finish and my dry hands made the grip slippery. Will try with gloves next time. And maybe a soft wrap that I can remove to show the beautiful art. 93FDAB01-3092-4455-983F-B2F878B93140 by Hanzo posted Mar 2, 2019 at 13:13 Sweet potato flowers were in bloom. 666C123A-3BE0-44A3-AB85-F1E69BC31234 by Hanzo posted Mar 2, 2019 at 13:13
